Bridgehampton Equities is a Southampton-based real estate private equity and private investment firm that sources, underwrites, finances, develops, and executes complex opportunities from acquisition through exit.
Bridgehampton Equities invests, develops, and structures capital across real estate and select operating businesses. We underwrite each opportunity in-house, structure it around the transaction rather than a fixed mandate, and stay involved through execution.
More About Us →We invest, develop, structure capital, and back growing businesses. Because these capabilities sit under one roof, we can evaluate an opportunity as an owner, a lender, and an operator at the same time.
Whether you're seeking capital, a development partner, or an investment opportunity, we'd like to hear from you.
Get in Touch →Founded in 2012 and based in Southampton, New York, Bridgehampton Equities is a real estate private equity and private investment firm focused on opportunities where disciplined underwriting, flexible capital, and hands-on execution can create value. The firm invests directly, develops and operates real estate, structures capital solutions, and selectively supports growing businesses.
Our integrated approach allows us to evaluate each opportunity from multiple perspectives, as an owner, investor, developer, lender, capital partner, and operator. From initial sourcing and diligence through closing, execution, refinancing, or sale, our team remains directly involved.
Based in Southampton, Bridgehampton Equities combines direct access to decision-makers, deep East End relationships, flexible capital, disciplined underwriting, and hands-on execution. Every opportunity is underwritten in-house with a focus on protecting downside, and capital is committed only where the structure and business plan support it.
Our work is concentrated across Long Island, from luxury residential development on the East End to multifamily, commercial, and land use projects across the greater New York metropolitan area. We have also completed transactions in other states and evaluate opportunities nationwide.
Depending on the transaction, Bridgehampton Equities may invest directly, provide capital, structure financing, or arrange financing through third-party lending relationships. Transactions are evaluated individually, and terms are subject to underwriting, diligence, and applicable law.
We identify opportunities through direct relationships with owners, operators, developers, brokers, lenders, and trusted industry partners, often before they reach the open market.
We evaluate the asset, business plan, market, capital requirements, downside risks, execution path, and potential outcomes, modeling every deal in-house.
We determine the appropriate combination of equity, debt, ownership, partnerships, incentives, and transaction terms for each specific opportunity.
We remain actively involved through diligence, closing, development, construction, operations, refinancing, and disposition.
Decades of real estate, capital markets, and operating experience.
View the Team →The professionals and advisors who source, underwrite, and execute every engagement.
Our portfolio includes completed, realized, and active engagements across real estate private equity, development, private credit, financing, and strategic investments. Bridgehampton Equities' role varies by transaction and may include ownership, development, financing, capital structuring, joint venture participation, or strategic investment.
Perspectives on private capital, development, and the markets we work in.
Success is measured by more than returns. Bridgehampton Equities is committed to giving back to the East End community we call home, supporting local causes, families, and organizations that make a lasting difference.
Through The Bridgehampton Benefit, we channel our resources and relationships into initiatives that strengthen our community and create opportunity for those who need it most.
